Periodontal disease in Europe.

This review will pay heed to the concerns of epidemiologists as Davey Smith and Ibrahim, Stallones and Rose. The main focus will be on the distribution of different levels of periodontal disease in Europe and on their public health implications. The latter will rationally involve a discussion on goals for periodontal health.
